1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website hindipanditji.top, requesting a Muhurat calculation, booking a puja, or engaging our Vedic services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking.

2Sole Ownership & Service Nature

This website is solely owned and operated by Acharya Abhishek Sastri, an authentic Vedic Shastri trained in Varanasi (Kashi Parampara). All religious services, including Griha Pravesh, Satyanarayan Katha, Vivah Sanskar, Rudrabhishek, and Havans, are traditional Hindu cultural rituals performed in accordance with North Indian Vedic scriptures.

Rituals are performed for spiritual devotion, family peace, cultural continuity, and dharmic fulfillment.

3Booking, Muhurat & Confirmation

• Muhurat Scheduling: Auspicious Muhurats are calculated based on Panchang and devotee gotra/birth charts. We advise booking at least 2 to 7 days in advance for major milestone ceremonies.
• Same-Day Express Bookings: We support urgent same-day bookings subject to Shastri availability across our Bengaluru clusters (Whitefield, HSR Layout, Bellandur, Sarjapur, Electronic City).
• Confirmation: A booking is finalized once the devotee confirms the puja name, date, time slot, and location address with Acharya Abhishek Sastri via direct WhatsApp message or phone call.

4Transparent Dakshina & Payment Terms

• No Hidden Fees: The Dakshina quoted by Acharya Ji is transparent. It covers the Pandit Ji honorarium and standard ritual vidhi.
• Payment on Completion: Standard Dakshina is payable directly to Pandit Ji upon the successful and satisfactory completion of the ceremony.
• Payment Methods: Devotees can pay via Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), or direct bank transfer.
• Promotional Discounts: Any active promotional Dakshina discount (e.g., 40% Dakshina offer) applies to the Pandit honorarium package only, not to perishable third-party physical goods.

5Samagri Kit & Family Arrangements

Depending on the package selected:

• With Samagri Kit: Pandit Ji brings complete dry samagri, brass/copper havan kund, sacred samidha wood, dhoop, kapur, chandan, roli, supari, and gotra sankalp materials.
• Household Fresh Items: Devotees are kindly requested to arrange perishable household items like fresh cow milk, curd, honey, fresh flowers, and seasonal fruits as per the provided checklist.
• Puja Area: Devotees agree to provide a clean, dignified space with adequate ventilation for the sacred Havan smoke.

6Punctuality & Doorstep Arrival

Our Acharyas make every effort to arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled Shubh Muhurat. However, due to unpredictable Bengaluru traffic, severe monsoon weather, or apartment security entry procedures, slight delays may occur. Devotees will receive live WhatsApp updates if transit conditions arise.

7Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

All rituals and spiritual guidance are undertaken on a voluntary, faith-based foundation. While rituals are sanctified with maximum scriptural diligence and traditional Vedic precision, spiritual outcomes are subjective and cannot be guaranteed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
